Scheduled Experience Policies
Our system will automatically send a confirmation text/e-mail to each guest to confirm their scheduled experience. If not confirmed through this process, a member from our team will contact the guest via phone call to confirm their experience. If the guest cannot be contacted one day prior to their appointment, they will be removed from the schedule and are welcome to call and reschedule their experience as soon as possible.
Your appointments are very important to us, they are scheduled just for you! We understand adjustments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully ask for at least a 24 hour business day notice for cancellations. A deposit will be required to schedule your next experience if failure to provide a 24 hour notice occurs twice.
